Airport Transfer from Herzliya to Ben Gurion

How to Book a Transfer from Herzliya to Ben Gurion Airport

When booking an airport transfer you will need to provide:

-Flight Details: Departure time, flight number, airline, etc. 

-Pick-up Details: Hotel name and address for pickup. Pick up time - take into account that you need to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight (please see the Additional information box below)

-Personal Details: Name, contact information

When you have completed your booking, a travel voucher will be issued. Please present this voucher to your driver.

Please note: 

-Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage, if you have excess luggage, please book a larger car. For example, if you are a group of 3 passengers, and you have 4 pieces of luggage, it is better to book a 7-seater car that can accommodate you and your luggage comfortably.

-The transfer time from Herzliya to Ben Gurion is approximate, the exact duration will vary depending on the time of day and traffic conditions. The rate does not include any stops.

-Oversized or excessive luggage such as large suitcases, golf clubs, bikes, musical instruments, or surfboards should be agreed upon with the transfer operator prior to your pickup, as transfers are operated with one of the above-mentioned cars.

-Unaccompanied minors cannot take an airport transfer.
