For your convenience it is possible to join the Jerusalem day tours not only from Jerusalem but also from Netanya, Herzlia and Tel Aviv. At the end of the tour you can be returned to your point of departure or you can remain in Jerusalem.

If you choose to spend the entire day in Jerusalem you will be able you to see many of the major sites in both the Old and New Cities, either those of general interest or those specifically directed to the Christian visitor. General interest sites include the Kotel (the Western Wall), the Cardo and Jewish Quarter, the Davidson Centre and the Southern excavations,  the Shrine of the Book and Israel Museum and the Holocaust Museum, Yad VeShem, or for the Christian pilgrim choices include the Via Dolorosa, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Mount Olives and the Garden of Gethsemane.

Those preferring to spend only part of the day in Jerusalem can visit Bethlehem and see the Church of the Nativity and Shepherd's fields or they can go to the Dead Sea and float in its therapeutic waters.
