A brief overview of the tour
Drive through the night from Eilat to Cairo and see the iconic Pyramids and Sphinx. See the treasures of ancient Egypt at the Cairo Museum before staying overnight in Cairo. On day 2 visit the ancient necropolis of SAKKARA, the Step Pyramid and the Alabaster Mosque. On day 3 see the Old City of Cairo, Coptic Churches, mosques and maybe take an optional dinner cruise on the Nile in the evening for an extra fee. On day 4 leisurely explore the Khan el Khalili Market before returning to Eilat, Israel.

A detailed description of the tour
Day 1:Â At 21:00 we pick you up in Eilat, drive you to the Taba Border and help you with the formalities. Once crossing into Egypt, our representative will await you, and aid you to the car which will take you to Cairo. We will start with the most famous sites in Cairo: The Pyramids of Giza, including the famous Sphinx (still silentâ€¦) Â It is known to be the oldest monumental sculpture in the world. It stands on the west bank of the Nile River in Giza. The Sphinx is a limestone statue of a reclining creature with a lion's body and a human (male) head. It was built during the reign of ancient Egyptian kingdom of Pharoah Khafra.Â You will continue for a tour of the Cairo Museum (does not include the Mummies' room), you will see the many of the treasures of Egypt's glorious past.Â O/N Cairo.
Day 2:Â After breakfast at your hotel we drive to SAKKARA, the ancient "Necropolis" of the Old Kingdom's Capital, Memphis, where we will visit a few pyramids and tombs, among them the known "Step Pyramid", the oldest known Pyramid. Then we drive to visit the Cairo Citadel built by Saladin, with its known "Alabaster Mosque". O/N Cairo.
Day 3:Â Today is dedicated to the Old City of Cairo (Fostat) where we will visit the old Coptic Churches and some of the most famous Mosques, characteristic to this area. In the evening there is an option of a cruise with dinner served on the Nile for extra charge. O/N in Cairo.
Day 4:Â You will spend the morning at leisure to stroll on your own through the famous market-area of Khan el Khalili. Thereafter we will pick you up and drive you to the Taba Border Crossing. After crossing the border, you will be transferred back to Eilat. Late arrival to Eilat (approx. 23:00).
